Jay Clem Insurance Services launched FresnoHealthPlans.com for two purposes:

1. To provide easy access to health insurance plans through our easy-to-use online quoting system.
2. To provide answers to the myriad of questions regarding the new health regulations and opportunities.  Our online quoting system, up-to-date information and articles, plus our health care professionals are always available to assist you by phone or in-person and can help in navigating the maze of available health care options.

We offer over 25 years of experience with access to a full range of benefit options.  Our professional staff is certified and will be able to assist you in obtaining the correct coverage for your circumstances, whether through the new health care exchange or outside of the exchange.  If state and federal aid is available to you, we can advise you how to proceed.
